The antenna wire has a male plug and can be passed into the passenger compartment by trapping it under the door frame seal. You will then have to pass through the opening located above the steering column support, in order to reach the car stereo which will be inserted in the central dashboard console. This should keep the antenna wire sufficiently concealed, but it will nevertheless be necessary to attach it with cable ties to the car electrical wire harness to make sure it would not hang loose.
